Why do you keep low levels of stock? I want that Tee man!

ArcEnd tries not to hold unnecessary levels of stock, particularly of certain sizes and colour-ways because it just ain't cool and it throws our sustainable chakras out of whack. As such, you might have to wait a few weeks to receive your tee. If this is TOO LONG or too much to handle in this on-demand age, let us know and we'll figure something out.

Packaging & Print Policy

ArcEnd tries to limit its uses of plastics and paper, so your tee will arrive with a bag and no paper, so if you want more info refer to your electronic mail confirmation. See what we did there?

Delivery

ArcEnd will always try to despatch your order within one working day of it being received by us. Subject to stock levels.

If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know about it as soon as we can. All quoted delivery times are based on us getting the product out of the door on the normal standard working days i.e. Monday - Friday's (excluding public holidays, good surf etc).

Postage Rates

Our normal delivery costs for mainland UK shipping are as follows (all shown are for items up to 30KGS)

UK Shipping

Your items will generally be delivered on our next working day or two working days (48 hour service as its known). Like most good online superstores, we use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for our UK deliveries, but also UPS / DHL on occasion.

Orders sent for next day or 48 deliveries will require a signature on receipt.

Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.

Republic of Ireland & Europe Orders

Our delivery charge for orders with a weight up to 30kgs to mainland Europe and the Republic of Ireland is £15. Delivery time is 3-5 working days generally depending on local conditions.

International Orders

We love to deliver internationally. If you would like a shipping estimate or just want to chat beforehand, email us on hiya@arcend.com

The delivery charge for orders outside of Europe is calculated on a case-by-case basis and obviously depends on the weight of your items and where you be at. When ordering please select the country for delivery in the address field and the ‘quote me' delivery option. We will then advise you of the exact cost of the delivery charge via email, you can then decide whether you would like to continue with the order or ship to an alternative address

Import charges for orders shipped outside the UK

This bit is out of our control sorry! Any and all customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. As usual, any charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as the recipient.

Can I pick up my order from you?

We are working on this, but for now we regret its not possible for you to pick up orders from our warehouse.

Can I track my order?

We do our best to show you what you need to do know at all times. We work with the information given to us, so You can track your orders in the account area of your site. Click here to see your account details or go to ‘My Account' on the top right hand section of the page.

Can I cancel my order?

We abide by the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations and this means you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from ArcEnd, for a full refund.

We ask that for any order cancellations, you email us at hiya@arcend.com, quoting your original order number within 7 days of delivery of your item or items.

Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. As is often the case when buying online, The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a secure delivery service that insures you for the purchase value of the goods

Sorry! I need to change the delivery address of my order

This is cool as long as we've not shipped your order yet. You can change your delivery address please e-mail hiya@arcend.com with your order number and details of the new shipping address. We will then get in touch e-mail to either confirm everything is cool or to advise of any problems.
