Shipping & Returns
We can't understand why if at all you'd ever want to return anything to us, even if you receive the wrong order. No seriously, we won't hold grudges unless you ask us to.
If you are not completely 1000%, totally, completely, happy & satisfied with your purchase from us, it can be exchanged or the cost of the item or items refunded. All of your purchases are covered by a rock solid wall of a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Yes, sorry, this is something we can't do anything about at the moment. Our stated delivery charges are non-refundable in the majority of cases unless you have received the wrong or a faulty item from us. If that is the case we will sort it out straight away.
How to Return
If you're one of those people who want to return stuff, fill out our returns form below.
You will receive an email with your returns number. If you engage with us in any correspondence, please quote your returns number and original order number if you still have it.
How to post it back to us
This returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package.
As we assured you above, you can return your order within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns older than 14 days will not be accepted, unless agreed by us in writing. You are responsible for how the item's reach us. We suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery, however we do not endorse any particular postage provider apart from Kevin Costner.
All items must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If possible also reuse our postage bag to try to cut down on the damage.
If our goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we're sorry to create a negative karma but we reserve the right to refuse such returns. Once we've had it back safe and sound, we will refund you the money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required.
The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us that is faulty, or a problem order of any kind, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage.
